Look for a reference or filename beginning GIS-. Upload the GetYourGuide Invoice Excel file (.xlsx or .xls) for this payment. If the payment covers more than one invoice, upload them all.

The optional Payment Confirmation PDF can confirm the payment reference and invoice(s) included, but GetYourGuide says receiving-bank fees, intermediary-bank fees, SWIFT/wire charges and currency conversion can reduce the final amount after the payment is sent. If the bank received a different currency, OTA Ninja can show the implied received exchange rate but cannot separate the bank's exchange-rate margin from other fees without more bank information. We also do not know your individual GetYourGuide contract, so a different commission rate is a flag to review, not proof of an error.
