Diagnostic tool, not professional advice

OTA Ninja is a payout checking and diagnostic tool. The service and report are not accounting, tax, legal, banking, investment or other professional financial advice. If a result affects your accounts, taxes, legal rights or a material financial decision, verify it with the relevant provider or qualified professional.

A flag is not proof of wrongdoing

A flag means the data contains something worth reviewing. It does not prove that GetYourGuide, your bank, an intermediary bank or another party made an error, breached a contract or owes you money.

No guarantee every discrepancy will be detected

The quality of a diagnosis depends on the files and figures supplied and on the file formats and payout rules the checker supports. OTA Ninja cannot guarantee that every discrepancy, fee, adjustment, tax item, commission issue or processing error will be detected or correctly categorised.

No guarantee of recovery

OTA Ninja can provide evidence, possible explanations and a support-ready message, but it cannot guarantee that GetYourGuide, a bank or another party will accept the diagnosis, respond within a particular time or reimburse any amount.

Bank-stage limits

If GetYourGuide confirms one amount but your bank receives another, OTA Ninja can show that the change occurred after the confirmed payout stage when the supplied figures support that conclusion. Without further remittance, fee or exchange information, the exact reason may remain unresolved.

File and rule changes

GetYourGuide may change file formats, field names, commission rules, payment processes or support guidance. OTA Ninja may need time to adapt to those changes. If a previously supported format can no longer be processed, the Refund Policy explains what happens.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for checking important figures and deciding what action to take. Do not rely on OTA Ninja as the sole basis for a tax filing, accounting entry, legal claim or other material decision.
