| Additional charges / 追加料金 | OTA Ninja charges no setup fee or subscription fee. Your card issuer, bank or payment provider may separately charge foreign-exchange, international-transaction or similar fees outside OTA Ninja's control. Your own internet/data charges also remain your responsibility. |
| Quantity / 提供回数 | One purchase covers one payout period and one 24-hour review session. Reasonable retries for that same payout period are included during the access window. A different payout period requires a new purchase. |
| Payment methods / 支払方法 | Credit or debit card through Stripe Checkout. Any additional payment method enabled at launch will be displayed before purchase and added to this page. |
| Payment timing / 支払時期 | Payment is charged once when you confirm the purchase at Stripe Checkout. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. |
| Service delivery / 役務の提供時期 | Paid access is made available immediately after successful payment and remains available for 24 hours, subject to the access rules in the Terms. |
| Operating environment / 動作環境 | A modern browser with JavaScript enabled and access to the supported GetYourGuide files on the device. Current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox are the intended browsers. Internet access is required for the website and payment process; payout-file analysis itself is designed to run locally in the browser. |
| Cancellation and refunds / キャンセル・返金 | If no complete diagnosis can be generated, contact us within 7 days. We will help you retry or restore access and, if the purchased review still cannot be provided, refund the purchase. Once a complete diagnosis has been successfully generated, the purchase is generally not refundable merely because no discrepancy was found or the result was not as expected. Duplicate charges and service faults are refundable. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. See Refunds & Contact. |
Before you buy
The checkout/final confirmation screen will clearly show the service, one-time price, payment timing, 24-hour delivery/access period and refund/cancellation conditions before the payment is confirmed.
