The rules for buying and using an OTA Ninja payout review.

1. What OTA Ninja does

OTA Ninja compares information in supported GetYourGuide payout files with the bank amount you enter. It can highlight payout differences, booking references, commission rates, adjustments, cancellations, reversals, timing issues and other items that may deserve review.

2. What one $9 purchase includes

One purchase covers one payout period. A payout period means the set of GetYourGuide records that belong to one payout review: the relevant invoice file or files, one Payment Confirmation spreadsheet, an optional Payment Confirmation PDF, and the bank amount connected with that payout.

During the 24-hour access window you may re-run the checker for that same payout period to correct a bank amount, replace an invoice selected by mistake, add the optional PDF, or otherwise complete the same review. After the first completed diagnosis, the browser links the purchase to the Payment Confirmation spreadsheet used for that payout by storing a local SHA-256 fingerprint. The fingerprint stays on your device and is not sent to OTA Ninja. A different Payment Confirmation or separate payout period requires a new purchase.

3. Access window and retries

Paid access begins after successful payment and lasts for 24 hours. A server-signed access token is stored locally in the browser/device used after checkout so the access can continue during that window. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

If browser data is cleared, private/incognito mode is used, or you move to another browser or device, the local access record may not be available. Contact support@otaninja.com within 7 days of purchase. If we can verify the payment, we will reasonably restore access so you can complete the purchased review.

4. Payment

The launch price is $9 USD for one In-Depth Payout Review session. Payment is charged once at checkout through Stripe. Any taxes that OTA Ninja is legally required to collect will be shown at checkout. Your card issuer or bank may separately apply its own foreign-exchange or international-transaction fees.

5. The report is a checking aid

The report is not accounting, tax, legal, banking or financial advice. A flag does not prove that GetYourGuide, your bank or another party made an error. You are responsible for checking important figures before making business, accounting, tax or legal decisions.

6. Your files and information

You are responsible for using files you are entitled to use and for entering accurate information. The quality of the diagnosis depends on the quality and completeness of the files and figures you provide.

7. Supported files

Version 1 is designed for supported GetYourGuide supplier invoice and Payment Confirmation files. GetYourGuide can change its exports, fields or payout process. If a previously supported format changes and OTA Ninja cannot process it, our Refund Policy applies.

8. Refunds

Our simple rule is: if you pay but no complete diagnosis can be generated, contact us within 7 days and we will help you retry, restore access or refund the purchase. If a complete diagnosis has been successfully generated, the purchase is generally not refundable merely because no discrepancy was found or because the result was not what you expected. Duplicate charges and service faults are covered by the Refund Policy. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded.

9. Availability and technical limits

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every browser or device, or that every GetYourGuide file variation can be read. Maintenance, provider outages and GetYourGuide format changes can affect availability.

10. No guarantee of recovery or complete explanation

OTA Ninja can identify where differences appear in the data you provide and suggest possible reasons and next steps. It cannot guarantee that every discrepancy will be detected, that every reason can be identified, or that GetYourGuide, a bank or another party will agree with the report or reimburse any amount.

11. Fair use

Do not bypass the payment or access controls, resell or share paid access, use the service unlawfully, interfere with the service, test it for security weaknesses without permission, or process information you have no right to use.

12. Independent service

OTA Ninja is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by GetYourGuide. GetYourGuide names and references are used only to identify the files and payout process being checked.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OTA Ninja is provided as a checking and diagnostic tool without a guarantee that every report is complete, error-free or suitable for a particular accounting, tax, legal or financial purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

14. Governing law and mandatory rights

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Japan, except where mandatory consumer or other applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms when the service, supported formats, providers or legal requirements change. The version shown on this page applies from its stated update date.
